Manufacturing Process
Additive manufacturing, such as 3D printing, is a groundbreaking technology which has blossomed into a fantastic landscape of novel and exciting design capabilities; nevertheless, it is not perfect: there will always be ever-so-slight discrepancies and tiny artifacts when a computer design is materialized into a 3D-printed object.
We take extreme care to design around the inherent limitations of this amazing technology, ensuring that any slight imperfections will always be out of sight when our products are used and displayed; for example, seams in the plastic or tiny dots will be on the inside of containers, or on the base of items, or visible only at angles not relevant to the intended placement of items. In this rare case of imperfections, you won’t be able to find them unless you look inside or underneath with a very bright light and - most times - a magnifying glass.

Materials and Procurement
We exclusively source professionally made, certified, industry-standard materials from reputable vendors. All our materials are safe for personal handling and use, including handling by children and adults with special needs, and are entirely free of dangerous or toxic chemicals, as well as environmentally friendly.
Should you require one, we will be happy to provide you with a dated and signed certificate of compliance for all your purchases in accordance with the European Union “CE” mark.
Inspection, Handling, Packaging, and Shipping
We exhaustively inspect by hand each of our products before we ship them to you. We handle all our products in a way that ensures they remain clean and undamaged; they are carefully wrapped in protective materials prior to packaging in industry-standard boxes and shipped only with world-class, reputable courier companies. All our deliveries are fully insured, so in the rare event of damaged goods during transport, you’ll quickly get a replacement.
